This policy outlines the refund procedures for any transactional or service fees associated with Vittiya Sathi Consultancy.
If a partner requests a payout withdrawal and the request is rejected by our administrative team (e.g., due to incorrect banking details), the exact withdrawn amount is immediately and automatically refunded back to the partner's wallet.
Any one-time setup fees or subscription charges paid for accessing our financial infrastructure are generally non-refundable once the account has been provisioned and activated, unless expressly stated otherwise in your contract.
Wallet refunds are instantaneous. For external payment gateway refunds, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to reflect in your original payment method.
If you notice a discrepancy in your wallet or settlements, please raise a ticket by emailing support@vittiyasathiconsultancy.online within 48 hours of the transaction.
